Back Training


Good morning my friends 🙂
I love back training. My back were my weekest part, and stil are the most sensitive part (due to injuries) but now are my strongest part.
I love to do everything for the back. From pull ups, lateral pull downs to rowing. Deadlifts, and T-bar rows are stillmy forbiden friuit, but with the time…. Who knows.
Once upon time any workout was forbiden fruit 😉
For me today Leg and Booty Trainig. (back were yasterday)
