TUT trainings for this week!


Good morning my friends.
This week I tried some “Time under tension” training, and it is great. With much less weight (good for my joints) I hit the muscles very hard.
Yesterday it was with chests, today it will be with back, tomorrow legs.
Not all exercises are TUT during the training but at least 3 are.
More then enough to have my chests burning.
What is your plan for today girls and guys.
