5 am Club


I love mornings.
I am waking up at 5 am almost everymorning because I love that feeling, Fresh start, day is also waking up, great colours, fresh air, calmness, and pretty good ssurrounding for meditation, and dynamic stretching.
Great way to prepare myself for the day.
Also what I love is more energy that I gat from this routine. Inspirations are coming much easier, and I get few million ideas what I can and will do that day or that month.
IT is absolutly fantastic., and when I was first reading about this in one of Robin Sharma’s books,I said:”I will try, but I don’t think that it is true!”
And I was wrong !
