Morning Trainings for Me Please!


Good morning everbody 🙂
How did you sleep?
I love morning trainings. Then I have great hormonal and energy boost for whole day.
It is great to have that testosteron, adrenalin, serotonin, etc. rush when you are at start of the day.
That feeling is….. mmmmm… great 🙂
And, also, there is much smaller number of things that can ruin my training.
When do you go to training?
